Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Megan’s successor in Transformers 3

Who is Rosie Huntington-Whiteley?

She previously worked with director Michael Bay in a commercial he directed for Victoria’s Secret, but she has no other acting credits to her name. She has appeared on the last four installments of the “Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show”, and was a guest on “Britain’s Next Top Model.”

The 23 year old who was born in Plymouth, Devon, England, is the great-granddaughter of the politician Sir Herbert James Huntington-Whiteley. While studying at the Travistock College Rosie was discovered by Profile Model Management. In an interesting turn of events she was discovered while she was looking for a internship at a modeling agency. Her dream before she began strutting her stuff on the runway was to work behind the scenes in the fashion industry, which she still may do in the future.

She made her debut on the runway in New York in 2004 and her career was launched. Rosie was featured on the cover of fabulous magazines like Teen Vogue and Elle Girl. She has also worked with the likes of Ralph Lauren, DKNY, L.A.M.B and Top Shop just to name a few. It was in 2006 that she signed with the famous American lingerie store. She walked in her first show for them that same year and this year she became an Angel for the brand which is an amazing honor. Although that is clearly what she is most famous for Rosie also did a number of fantastic ads for Burberry’s beauty line.

Her personal life has been just as much a part of the media as her professional life. In 2008 Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was photographed with drug paraphernalia at a party. She is currently dating actor Jason Statham. However Rosie previously dated French actor Oliver Martinez and Ronnie Wood’s son Tyrone.
